Itinerary:

Trena plans to return next week, so let's have one more Monday hike in her honor. We'll go to the Waller Extension area and circle back onto the main Vickery Creek trails. We'll hike at a moderate pace and hope to get in at least 4.5 miles in two hours. There are some hills and rough terrain, but we won't leave anyone behind. We'll stop at the top of hills and make sure everyone keeps up with the group.

Dogs are permitted, but no more than three. If you see that three dogs are already regsitered, please do not add yours. ALL dogs must be kept on leash at all times and must be compatible with other dogs.

We will meet at the trail head parking lot on Oxbo Road, which is a free parking lot. Please follow the directions provided.

We well meet at the trail head parking area off of Oxbo Road.

From GA 400: Get off at Holcomb Bridge Road GA 140 and head west towards Roswell. Take a left at the first redlight which is Dogwood Road (there is a Krystal there). Take a right at the first redlight which is Grimes Bridge Road. After crossing the bridge over Big Creek (aka Vickery Creek here) take a left at the redlight which is Oxbo Road. The lot is on the left just past Dobbs Rd.

From GA 9: Heading north in GA 9 (aka South Atlanta Street), pass GA 120 (aka Marietta Highway) then watch for Oxbo Road on the right at a Chevron station. The lot is just down on the right.
