Itinerary:

Join us this week at Roswell Area Park - - a very large athletic facility that is very popular with area residents. There are lots of trails around the park that are a mix of packed gravel and asphalt. The trails are nice and wide and wind through lots of soccer and baseball fields as well as some wooded areas and a pretty lake. Two ArtAround Roswell sculptures are in the park, wo we'll get a little culture along with our exercise.

As you drive into park, we'll gather in the first lot on the left. If it is full, you can park along the road.

Please arrive a few minutes before the hike is scheduled to start (9:30 am) in order to check in and use the restroom.

This is a dog-friendly park, with many pets on the trail. You are welcome to bring your dog as long as you keep it on leash during the hike and clean up any messes that it makes.

water, gatorade or whatever you like to keep hydrated (important)
Good walking shoes

Poles are NOT needed on this hike. There are no roots or rocks on the gravel paths.

Meet in the first parking lot on your left after you enter the park from Woodstock Road. Park along the road if the lot is full.
