From the parking lot we will walk on a couple of different trails to the banks of the Chattahoochee. From there we will take another trail that leads outside the park at Parkwood Cir., some 50 yds. from Powers Ferry Rd. We will have a brief rest stop and return to Sope Creek. The trip back will be on a slightly different route. | |||||

How to Get There: | |||||
Event Directions: | Coming from downtown Atlanta drive north on I 75 until Exit 261. Take a right to East Delk Road. After a little over a mile, Delk Rd. dead ends at Terrell Mill. Turn left on Terrell Mill for about one mile, until you reach Paper Mill Rd. Turn right on Paper Mill Rd. and proceed another mile or so. The parking lot will be on your right. | ||||
