How about them Braves! The season is over, and what a great season it was for them. Let's go take a look behind the scenes at the SunTrust Stadium!

We will start at the Interstate North Parking lot right at 9:30am to hike on paved route to the stadium. Our tour will start at 10:30am and last approximately 90 minutes. Following the tour we will have 30 minutes or so to get something to eat/drink in the battery before heading back.

NOTE: I will not cancel this event even if it rains. I will update with an email if the weather is not good, we have a back up plan to do our tour.

This is a paved path so I do recommend tennis shoes rather than hiking boots. There is also a bathroom at the start.

Please remember a $5.00 daily or $40.00 annual Park Pass is required on parked vehicles in the National Park.

From I-75 north, take I-285 (the perimeter highway) east towards Augusta. Exit soon at Northside Drive; turn left on Northside Drive, which circles around and crosses onto Interstate North Parkway. [From I-85 north, Take I-285 west, exit Northside Drive, which crosses onto Interstate North Parkway.] River parking lots are next to bridge off Parkway; parking fees apply.

The tour will cost $15 per person. Payment cutoff is Oct 29th. You must bring exact amount to the hike, where it will be collected beforehand.

Bring extra money for lunch or anything else you might want to purchase at the battery.
