Itinerary:

Vickery Creek Trail Run 6K - smooth and powerfull


Join me for nice 6K (about 3.7 miles) trail run at Vickery Creek Park. This will be trail run through entire course, we will be moving with about 4 miles per hour or faster. Stats of track below. 

  • Our group gathering spot will be at Vickery Creek Park Covered Bridge Entrance.
  • We will walk through Covered bridge and down the stairs to the trail, once we hit the trail the run begins.
  • After the section along the creek we will go uphill for quite good distance, it will be good sweat at this point, and good workout. We will loop along the top section and keep running up and down the rolling hills, we will check the waterfall, and complete the loop, then go down the same trail and creek section part.

Before signing up make sure you are in good fitness lever to complete this. The trail has few steep sections to go through, heat factor plays important role in this time of the year as well.

We will meet Vickery Creek Park, Entrance to Covered Bridge,

Arrive 10-15 min earlier to get to know each other and warm up for the trail run
