Itinerary:

Stone Mountain has seasoned and beautiful trail systems and it’s close to home. The views at the top and around the mountain are very pretty with variety of scenery. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy the weekend morning.

We’ll meet and start from the Confederate Hall parking area next to the bathroom building. We will go up, down, and around the Stone Mountain. We’ll go up the Walk-Up Trail to the summit of Stone Mountain and take a short break. After enjoy our views at the top, we’ll come down to the base and go around the mountain using part of Cherokee Trail, part of Nature Trail, and part of side walk to complete the loop at the base of Stone Mountain.

Please arrive a little earlier before our starting time for getting ready and introduction.

The daily parking fee of Stone Mountain Park is $20 per vehicle. Annual parking fee is $40 per vehicle.

<<< Free Parking >>> There are also plenty of free parking spots at the Stone Mountain Village public parking lot. You can set your Google address at SunTrust Bank 5399 E Mountain St, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 to get there. It is about half a mile, 10 to 15 minutes' walk from these free parking lots to our meeting location.
