Let's enjoy Saturday with a great hike at a moderate/fast pace from the river level of Cochran Shoals to the old Mill on Sope Creek and back.

The hike will start at 8:00 am sharp by the bulletin board at the end of the Columns Drive parking lot. MASK REQUIRED when not able to distance the required 6 feet.

We will begin the hike ascending by the cemetery trail towards the trail that divides Cochran Shoals from Sope Creek. We will turn left towards Sibley pond and the old flour mill. Then we will descend skirting the Sope Creek bordering the apartments to the parking lot.

Allow plenty of time to find parking, as often there is a line waiting at the entrance.
