Itinerary:

This is a true beginners hike - - or just a really comfortable stroll on a Sunday morning for folks who want a leg stretcher with no pressure, no strain.  We'll start at Azalea Park which is close to the boardwalk, and walk about 1.5 miles before turning around and returning to the parking lot.  If any folks would like a longer walk, we can continue in the opposite direction, walking to Riverisde park.  It will be an option.

The boardwalk offers great views of the Chattahoochee plus opportunities to see water fowl and other wildlife.  We'll take time to enjoy the scenery.

If you want to get your heart rate up and work up a sweat, this is definitely not an event for you.  This is just a chance to get some fresh air, meet some interesting AOC folks, and give you a reason to wake up on a Sunday morning!
