Itinerary:

Come join your AOC friends for a fun hike at one of my local favorites, Vickery Creek.  This is not a beginner hike as we will maintain a moderate pace.  If you have not hiked it before, it has varied terrain of the following: slopes, roots and rocks.  We will clock in 2 hours for about 5 miles and we will stop for water breaks.  

The parking lot can get crowded so please allow time to park and use the restroom as we will be leaving on time.   Please arrive 10 minutes early for introductions.

NOTE......We are meeting at the covered bridge.  

There are restrooms at this location and parking is free.    

Temps are rising.  Please bring plenty of water

We are meeting behind the shops at the Roswell Mill Center where the parking is free.  It is where Hwy 9 (S. Atlanta St) and Hwy 120 (Marietta Hwy) intersect.  Keep driving down the road until you get to the big parking lot at the very bottom of the hill.  For a zoomable map or satellite view of that spot click the rectangular blue and green "event location" icon near the top of this article.
