Itinerary:

This event is for Trip Leaders only and they will get precedence, members who are wishing to become trip leaders can attend if they wish.

Ever want to learn more about how to create an event on the AOC website and add more advance features to your write up then join me for a  zoom meeting on Sunday 8th of August @ 7.30pm to have your questions answered. 

We will cover the some or more of the following:

  • Setting the coordinates for an event
  • Inserting images into an event
  • Adding a promo picture to your event
  • Making an event inactive
  • Editing an event after completion
  • Embedding a YouTube or Vimeo Video
  • Creating a bike or walking route in Google Maps             

 

If you wish to see something else covered, please do not hesitate to email me (president@atlantaoutdoorclub.com), if there is time, I will walk you through how to do it.


Required Items to Bring:
  • Access to a computer
  • Zoom
  • Computer screen large enough to see what is going on (i.e not suitable for mobiles)
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

Not nessisarily needed:

  • Gmail account (or an account you  can use Google Maps with)
  • Microphone to ask questions
