Itinerary:

Please join me for a hike through the beautiful trails of the Vickery Creek unit of the Chattachoochee River National Recreation Area.  

We will hike 4.8 miles at a steady pace stopping only to hyrate a couple of times.  Please be sure you can keep a steady pace because we have to be back before dark. 

There are some moderate climbs but nothing too hard.   The trails have rocks and roots so hiking poles are helpful.   

There are no restrooms at this location.

Parking is free

Please arrive a few minutes early to check in as we will leave on time.

NOTE....Oxbo Road is closed at Atlanta Street.  You have to enter Oxbo from Grimes Bridge only.  

PLEASE BRING PLENTY OF WATER !!
