Itinerary:

Please join us on a guided tour of Roswell Mill and the Mill Village including Founders Cemetery.  Our special guest is Michael Hitt who is a historical researcher, author, former Roswell police officer and City of Roswell's historian.  You've heard the legends now come and hear the facts from the man who wrote the book.   

We will be walking approx 4.5 miles with an estimated time of 2 hours.  Please note that we may go over time due to questions and answers.   This hike will be mostly on pavement except for a small portion of gravel at the Roswell Mill.  This route does have some hills.    

Please join us after the hike for dinner at Moxie Burger.  This dinner is optional and not part of the event. 

We will be meeting in the parking lot of the Moxie Burger Restaurant in the Founders Square Shopping Center under the Founders Square sign.  Directions are below. 

Please arrive a few minutes early for check in or call the trip leader if you are running late because we will start on time.

We will be meeting under the Founders Square sign in the Founders Square Shopping Center where Moxie Burger and Chaplins Restaurant is located.  This is in the Roswell Mill area.  It is where Highway 9 (S Atlanta Street) and Highway 120 (Marietta Hwy) intersect.
