Our hike starts at the visitor center. We will follow the Indian Seats Trail and cross Bettis-Tribble Rd to the Mountainside Trail. We will gain some elevation and distance by hiking the Church Trail, then finish the Mountainside loop to the Hilltop Trail, skipping the rocky Ridgeline Trail. We will cross Bettis-Tribble again and take a lunch break at the restroom area before continuing on the Indian Seats Trail. We'll stop at the Indian Seats overlook and enjoy the view from the recently rebuilt deck. The hike ends with a return to the visitor center. We will hike at an approximate speed of 2.8 mph. | |||||||
