P.S.

1. We will meet at Berkeley Lake City Hall.  Parking is free.  Please arrive 10 minutes early for warmup and introduction.  This is intended as a Happy Feet version, not Speedy Feet.  4 miles are on paved street and one mile in the woods.  So expect the pace to be between 2.5 and 2.9 mph with about 450 ft in elevation unless the group decides otherwise :)      

2. Look out for my red bear earings, haha!  A playful sourvenir from my recent visit to beautiful Colorado Springs!!
