We'll maintain a brisk pace (3.5-4mph or 16-17minute/mile) for the duration of the hike, with one hydration break at the Emory campus lake.  The majority of the hike is on a wooden boardwalk or concrete path, with some sections on gravel, dirt etc., so wear appropriate footwear.
