Itinerary:

Come travel a bit North to see some magnificant views at the top of Mt. Yonah.

The trailhead is on the foot of the Mountain on the west side of the mountain.

The ascent is about 1539 feet and there are some good steep climbs.

We will climb to the top and take a few moments to sit, enjoy the view, and take in some physical nourishment.

The climb is short, somewhat strenuous and worth the view that many consider one of the most beautiful in Georgia.

And after the hike, there are interesting sites to visit in Cleveland including the Yonah Mountain Vineyards and Babyland General Hospital: the hospital where the original cabbage patch dolls were created and you can watch the new babies "being born".
