Itinerary:

End your day the right way - w/a 5 miler at Roswell Area Park after work today (enter; I'm a poet and I know it, bit...lol). This is a fitness hike with a faster pace on the trails as they are hard-packed gravel and asphalt with a little to no elevation. We will be walking at a brisk pace - 17 minute/mile pace to get a good workout, so bring comfy shoes and spirited attitude!

Starting from the first parking lot on the left, we'll cover a customized 5 mile route at a steady brisk pace, be prepared to stay with the group as I want to keep things kind of tight. We'll have a reststop at the bathrooms around the 3+ mile mark if anyone needed to use it.

Please arrive a few minutes early for check in and introductions as we will be leaving on time.

We will not always be on the path and a small light (a cell phone torch would suffice) might be needed...but for the most part the paths are well lit. Afterall we'll be adding some seldom used paths on this route to add in a bit more distance.

Meet at the first parking lot on the left after you enter the park from Woodstock Road. There is a pavilion and a sign marked "Trail Entrance".
