Atlanta Outdoor Club member Zee Simmons has a passion for photography! She will share a few of her creative photography and editing/technical skills in this AOC learning event. Zee has built a reputation in the club for taking some very interesting and unique images from AOC events and wants to share her knowledge and skills with the club.

We will meet in the parking lot of Aldo's Italian Restaurant in Sandy Springs at 6690 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 at 3:45 pm. From there - we will walk a short distance to the Abernathy Greenway Park and snap a few photos of some of the art sculptures and other interesting features in this urban green space on our cellular phones. (Zee will direct the group's photo composition/items and scenes to photograph.)

After a short visit to the park, we'll return to Aldo's Italian Restaurant (around 5pm) for appetizers and a photo/teaching workshop with Zee. You are encouraged to bring a laptop computer for the workshop, but it's not required.

Once the photo lesson is complete, we'll stick around for an Italian dinner. The goal is to wrap up the event no later than 7:30 pm.

The restaurant is happy to offer us a private space for no charge, but expects each guest to pay a minimum of $25 a person.

Entrance to the restaurant is in the adjoining shopping center where an LA Fitness is located (Corner of Abernathy and Roswell Roads.)
