Itinerary:

This is one of the better Chattahoochee NRA parks, with a lot of variety packed into a relatively small area.   We will make a series of loops on the trails, hiking down to the creek to explore the ruins of an old paper mill, back up into the woods, and around Sibley Pond.   Then we will head south on the main trail...towards Cochran Shoals.  

We may venture into that neighboring park a little.  I really don't have an exact route planned out for this hike but total hiking time should be about 2 hrs...distance about 6 miles.  So pace will be moderate...about 3mph..enough to get your heart rate up, but not so fast as to make this a fitness hike, per se.  However the terrain is slightly hilly, so we should still get a good workout.
