Itinerary:

From the parking lot we will walk to nearby Little Bear Creek, which we will ford and then follow a trail to Bear Creek. We will cross Bear Creek over an old dam. At the bottom of the dam and further downstream, there are some deep pools carved by the water into the rock. We will stop here for a swim and then follow the creek downstream to a dirt road. After crossing the stream over a bridge, we will walk back to our starting point.

Proceed south on I 85 until Exit 69 (South Fulton Parkway), which is a couple of miles south of the airport exit. Proceed on South Fulton Pkwy approximately 14.7 miles to Cochran Mill Rd. Turn right on
Cochran Mill Rd. and proceed about a quarter of a mile. The parking lot will be on your left.

The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver.
