Please join us for this 'Interval Hiking & Boot Camp Fitness Training' event! This event is for those seeking fitness or fitness maintenance. We will strive to maintain a fast hiking pace, while conducting interval boot camp fitness training exercises before, during, and after the hike. Boot Camp training exercises covered, but subject to change: Y SQUARTS/CALF RAISES HAND WALK IN & OUTS W/ JUMP LUNGS/POP SQUATS
