ADVANCED HIKERS ONLY- 16 mile roundtrip dayhike.
(Plan for 1 hr 15 min. drive to get there, 8 hours max of hiking/lunch/breaks and 1 hr 15 min. drive back to carpool)

The weather looks fantastic for this Sunday. We will begin our hike at the top of Amicalola Falls. The trailhead for both the AT approach trail and Len Foote Hike Inn begin here. We'll take the AT approach Trail to Springer Mtn, which is 8.1 miles. We'll take a short lunch before hitting the trail heading back. The hike back will take us by the Len Foote Inn. We will stop at the Inn for a short break before heading back to the park.
