Itinerary:

We will walk several trails in this area, including the Allatoona Pass trail, which is an interpretive trail through the battlefield, as well as trails allong Allatoona Lake and the old railroad bed. The terrain is hilly and has beautiful views of the lake. We will do a small amount of cross-country hiking.

Drive on I 75 North to Exit 283. At the bottom of the ramp turn right and proceed 1,5 miles (you will cross railroad tracks after about 0.4 miles). The parking lot will be on your left. Use the second entrance

Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $11.20 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver.
