Itinerary:

Let's meet at the Mansell Park & Ride at 8:00 am, leaving at 8:15 sharp. We hope to be at the trail head and ready to hike at 9:30 am.

We will hike the from the Base of the Falls Trail (the warm up from the visitor center and then we will include the 604 step staircase the "first mile"), and Appalachian Approach Trail and the Hike Inn Trail. After about 6 miles we will make a stop at the Len Foote Hike Inn for lunch (you cannot buy lunch from the Inn, but they sometimes have cookies, bring some money for donations if you are eating their food).

Afterwards, we will return via the Hike Inn Trail for a total hiking distance of around 13 miles.

The pace will be moderate/fast"ish", hmmm, let's say around 2.5 to 3.0 mph.

We are not planning to stop on the way back, except for maybe a drive thru deal.
