I want to thank everyone for creating a wonderful environment for hiking this morning.  It was overcast but the fall colors still managed to come through.  Thanks to Joyce for agreeing to colead and thanks to my son Matt for leading us.  He started off at a pretty quick clip but did manage to alter his pace to enable us all to enjoy this "gentle" hike!! We covered the 5 miles in the 2 hr. time period while managing to get in some pretty nice rest periods. ~ Carol
