Ten Atlanta Outdoor Club members enjoyed a very scenic and challenging hike today at Vineyard Mountain. We hiked about seven miles and climbed 1,596 feet of elevation at Vineyard. We enjoyed some terrific views of Lake Allatoona and the Allatoona Dam. We also enjoyed plenty of blooming trees, bushes and plants. Spring is a great time to hike this trail -- so much beauty! We had a fun group! It was a great day!
