We took it fast, crossed the cliffs, visited the covered bridge, saw the waterworks remains, made friends with a vulture, contemplated the pipe crossing, traveled to the other side of the dam, and scurried back.  Almost two hours of hiking, but the group stayed together and managed to have breath enough to talk.  It couldn't have been better!
