Since there were just 6 of us, and we were all experienced hikers, we picked up the speed on this one and covered the trails in just 1 1/4 hours.  That gave us plenty of time to head to Sandy Spring's Nori Nori for a Japanese sushi/buffet lunch.  It was delicious!  A bit pricey, but lots of variety and beautiful colors!  Wish I had taken my camera into the restaurant!
